Dogs are well aware of this unconditional love that humans have for them, and they will do just about anything to get the attention of their owners. To a dog, attention and affection are two of the most important things. So when one dog’s dad wasn’t paying him...

Rescue Puppy Named ‘Chunky Monkey’ Goes Viral For Falling Asleep During The Puppy Bowl
For many, “the big game” is synonymous with the Super Bowl. But to millions of us dog lovers, it’s all about the Puppy Bowl! This year’s Puppy Bowl XVII had plenty to offer: Hosted by Martha Stuart and Snoop Dogg, the event followed 70 adoptable puppies as they participated by playing tug, chasing each other, and gradually nudging the ball towards the end zone. Their teams, Team Fluff and Team Ruff, lit up the scoreboard, but it wasn’t all about the points and plays: One pup was able to steal the show without so...

Louis the Abandoned Runt
My mom’s friend mentioned there was a group of feral cats running through her neighborhood and one of the cats had a runt in her litter that she abandoned. The runt was being abused by other cats and even a few cruel neighbors in the neighborhood. PHOTO: Anonymous When my mom and her friend found him he was weak, dehydrated, and malnourished. He was covered in fleas and gnat eggs and had an open wound on his neck. Some of the neighbors guessed the gnats had gotten under its skin and there was talk among them trying to figure out a cheap...

A family in Ireland experienced a miracle when their dog missing for two weeks in Wicklow Mountains National Park was found alive by hikers. Erina O’Shea Goetelen and her family headed to the mountains for a hike with their two dogs, Harley and Neesha. “They were let off the leash so they could have a bit of freedom, roll around in the snow and explore. They were heading back down, and they said they should put them back on the lead. But a deer popped out and the two of them [DOGS] bolted after the deer,” she told East Coast...

This 9/11 Budweiser Commercial Only Aired Once Nearly 20 Years Ago During Super Bowl XXXVI But Remains An Iconic Tribute To Our Nation
Clydesdale horses have been associated with Budweiser beer for decades, but in 2002, the brand used them in a touching tribute to American values, and a legacy few will forget. This particular Budweiser commercial ran during Super Bowl XXXVI, when the St. Louis Rams faced the New England Patriots. Former President George H.W. Bush and football legend Roger Staubach took part in the coin toss before the game started. Hours later, the Patriots had clenched the championship title with a 20-17 win over the Rams. Senior Dog Finally Gets Adopted After Spending Over 10 Years In A Shelter
When Wiggles first wound up at an Illinois shelter, staff hoped the 3-year-old pit bull mix might quickly find a home. But over a decade later, Wiggles was still waiting to find her family, which sadly isn’t uncommon for older dogs. “If a puppy comes in, they’re adopted within a month — sometimes within a week,” the shelter’s dog trainer, Karla Crane, told CNN. “Older dogs that come in … they’re the ones that have to stay here until we find a family.” Photo: Facebook/5A’s...
