Last November, 108 dogs were rescued from the largest suspected dogfighting operation in Michigan and among them was a blind dog chained outside with only a broken-down doghouse for shelter. The Palm Bay Police Department received a call from a concerned citizen on the morning of March 23 telling them that a dog was stuck in the mud in a canal off Minton Road.
