Dylan is a #DogFriendly goofball-affectionate-mix that was brought to the shelter by a good samaritan after someone was giving him away for free in an alleyway and they were concerned for his safety. Dylan was very timid when he made his way into the shelter, then he got to hang out with a few dogs in playgroup and settled right in while he waits for a place to call home.
