A kind-hearted man on the streets in Mexico was caught feeding hungry stray dogs. Security footage captured the moment a street vendor in Puebla, Mexico, a city in east-central Mexico, southeast of Mexico City, pulled out food for the hungry animals on the streets. Mexico has the largest amount of stray dogs in Latin America, according to CBC.
